Speed Mentor Club - Northern Ireland Business Advisor

My name is Paul Creighton, and I have been fortunate enough to have achieved many successes in life, including launching a start up in 2009, which went on to become a multi-national and multi million dollar company.

I have come to realise that success is a mindset which can spill over into sporting and personal goals too. That mindset has helped me achieve 4 black belts in Japanese martial arts, set records in powerlifting competitions, and become a two time President of my local Rotary Club.

Business coaching and advice has been invaluable to me over the years, as has my hunger to consume as much leadership material, books, podcasts and advice as I could handle. This is a never ending journey. You simply cannot know too much about business, leadership, growth (both personal and professional), strategy and vision.

I believe there are 4 main pillars of success for great businesses.

  1. Products and/or service.

  2. People.

  3. Culture.

  4. Processes

What do I do?

I help businesses and business owner/operators of all sizes in an array of ways with a tailored and custom approach to the individual.

How would this work?

Together we will look at a range of areas, including your blind spots, how you are perceived as a professional and a leader, your mindset and how we can enhance that. We will look at what even better looks like in your business, and ways to achieve that. I will ask you questions that will move you out of your comfort zone and encourage you to grow. You can also download bite sized videos covering the main areas and implement these into your own business

My specialty has been electronic security product design. However, great products do not sell themselves. They do not assemble themselves. They do not market themselves. It is relatively easy for an engineer like me to come up with a product, however, getting that to the global marketplace was the real challenge.

Paul has a great attention to detail, is a great communicator and thinks on a Global Scale at all times.
These are the skills that make Paul a great CEO. (P.Corr, MD Corr&Corr Accountancy Practice)
